Terms and Conditions - Wandsworth Man with Van
Welcome to Wandsworth Man with Van. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our moving and van services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions

2. Booking and Confirmation
To secure a booking, the Client must provide accurate information and complete the booking process as outlined on our website. Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent to the Client via email.
2.1 Payment Terms
Payments can be made through the available payment methods on our platform. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before or on the day of the service.
2.2 Booking Changes
Clients may request changes to the booking details up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Requests made within 48 hours may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their booking by notifying us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 7 days before service: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
- Between 3 to 7 days before service: 50% of the total service fee.
- Less than 3 days before service: Full service fee charged.
4. Service Execution
Our team will strive to execute the services as per the agreed schedule and requirements. However, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or traffic may cause delays. We will inform the Client promptly in such cases.
4.1 Responsibilities of the Client
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the premises are accessible and that any necessary arrangements are made for parking and loading. Additionally, all items to be moved should be properly packed and ready for transportation.
4.2 Responsibilities of the Service Provider
Our team will handle items with care and ensure they are securely transported. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or items not disclosed by the Client prior to the service.
5. Liability and Insurance
Wandsworth Man with Van maintains adequate insurance coverage for all services provided. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Clients are encouraged to declare any valuable or fragile items to ensure appropriate handling.
5.1 Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for delays, loss of items not declared, or any damage resulting from factors beyond our control.
6. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Wandsworth Man with Van and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Governing Law

Wandsworth Man with Van shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or governmental restrictions.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wandsworth Man with Van, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's misuse of the services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
